A non-refundable deposit (20% of the rental fee) is required at the time of booking; the balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
All fees listed are for rental of the ballroom, library and outdoor areas for a five-hour time period; additional hours are $400/hour. The fee includes tables, mahogany Chiavari ballroom chairs, white outdoor ceremony chairs, party supervisor, coatroom facility, and set-up time for caterer and other vendors. There is an additional $400 wedding ceremony fee if that is taking place on-site, which provides for an additional for half-hour ceremony, set-up of ceremony chairs and one-hour of rehearsal time, if needed.

If you prefer to use a caterer not on this or on Merion Tribute House caterer list, they must be pre-approved by our Board of Directors. Full service caterers are required. Please email or call for a full list of rules and requirements for catering at the facility.
